This Privacy Policy explains how Launch10, Inc. ("Launch10," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.

1Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website and the Service, including:

  • Account holders and workspace users (Launch10 customers)
  • Visitors to landing pages hosted by Launch10 who submit forms ("Leads")

2Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide (Account and Business Data)

We collect information you provide directly, such as:

  • Account data (for example, name and email address)
  • Company data (for example, company name, website, and industry)
  • Authentication data (for example, password stored as a hashed value; and any optional MFA information if enabled)
  • Support data (for example, chats, emails, call recordings, and screenshots)
  • User content (for example, landing page content, ad copy, images, brand assets, prompts, templates, and files)
  • Business and campaign inputs (for example, offers, location targeting, budgets, keywords, negative keywords, and launch preferences)

2.2 Lead Data Submitted Through Customer Landing Pages

When a visitor submits a form on a landing page published through the Service, we collect the information the visitor provides and related submission metadata ("Lead Data"). Lead Data may include name, email address, phone number, message content, and other fields configured by the Launch10 customer, plus metadata such as timestamp, page/form, and source parameters.

We process Lead Data on behalf of the Launch10 customer that published the landing page. We make Lead Data available to that customer in the Service for viewing and export.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website or Service, we automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location (for example, city/state derived from IP)
  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • Referring URLs and pages viewed
  • Usage events (for example, feature usage and clicks)
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
  • Error logs and performance data

3How We Use Information

We use information for purposes including:

  • Providing and operating the Service (including hosting landing pages and displaying Lead Data and analytics to customers)
  • Authentication, account management, and customer support
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
  • Analytics and product improvement
  • Communications, including transactional and (where permitted) marketing messages
  • Legal compliance, such as maintaining billing records and enforcing our Terms

4How We Share Information

We share information in the following ways:

  • With service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, customer support, payments, monitoring, and data warehousing).
  • With third-party platforms you choose to use through the Service (for example, Google Ads) to provide the Service at your direction.
  • With legal authorities or others when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not share Lead Data with other Launch10 customers.

6Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the website and Service, understand usage, and for marketing.

We may engage in targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, showing ads to people who visited our site). Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out (see Section 12).

7AI Features and Model Improvement

Launch10 uses AI model providers to process prompts and generate content. This may involve sending relevant inputs (such as prompts and related context) to those providers to return outputs.

We may use certain user content to improve our AI features and the Service. You can opt out of this use at any time through user-controlled settings in the Service.

We do not use Lead Data submitted through customer landing pages for AI training or model improvement, and we use Lead Data only to provide the Service and enable export to the Launch10 customer.

8Google Ads and Google API Data

When you use Google Ads features, we may access and process information from Google Ads accounts that you use through the Service, such as account identifiers, campaign settings, ad creative, budgets, and performance metrics (for example, clicks, impressions, and cost) to provide reporting, automation, and analytics within the Service.

We do not use Google Ads data for serving advertising unrelated to the Service, and we do not sell Google Ads data to third parties. We do not use Google Ads data for surveillance purposes or distribute it to third parties conducting surveillance.

Limited Use Disclosure: Launch10's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9Data Storage and Security

We host the Service using AWS and Cloudflare, and we store data in the United States (for example, US-East regions and multi-zone US-only databases).

We use security measures such as encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logging, backups, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account or delete landing pages, we delete associated data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.

11Your Choices

Depending on your account and settings, you may be able to:

  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails
  • Adjust privacy and AI-related settings in your account settings
  • Request deletion of your account using self-serve tools (where available)

SMS: If you have opted in to text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP.

12US State Privacy Rights (Including California)

Launch10 is offered in the United States and may be used by residents of various states, including California.

12.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

Launch10 does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense. We also do not intend to "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. However, certain marketing and analytics practices may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising depending on implementation.

Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as applying to opt-out preferences for "Do Not Sell" and "Do Not Share" requests.

13Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Launch10, please contact [email protected].

14Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via email or in-product notice). The "Effective Date" above indicates when this policy became effective.
